What's included in a Big Game Air Luxury Experience?

Each Big Game Air ticket includes at a minimum, round-trip private jet travel and ground transportation to and from the sporting event. In some cases, other benefits and experiences may also be included. If so, this will be specified in the event description along with the additional cost, if any.

ARE SPORTING EVENT TICKETS INCLUDED IN BIG GAME AIR PRICING?

Sporting event tickets are not included in standard Big Game Air experiences, unless specified. However, you can purchase tickets to events through our website.

HOW LONG IS A TYPICAL BIG GAME AIR GAMEDAY EXPERIENCE?

Depending on the distance between destination and gameday cities, a Big Game Air experience can last up to 12 hours.

HOW LONG IS A TYPICAL BIG GAME AIR FLIGHT?

Depending on location, a typical Big Game Air flight is between one-and-half and three hours roundtrip.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED ON THE FLIGHTS?

Yes, however anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

WILL BEVERAGES BE AVAILABLE ON THE PLANE?

All beverages are provided complimentary. Alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, liquor) will be available for passengers over the age of 21. Soft drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages are also available upon request.

WILL FOOD BE SERVED DURING MY FLIGHT?

Assorted snacks (chips, granola bars, candy bars, pretzels, etc.) will be provided during the flight.

WHAT TYPE OF AIRCRAFT DOES BIG GAME AIR USE?

Private aviation is classified in Light, Mid, Super-Mid, Heavy and Airliner. Big Game Air works with direct carriers that supply Mid, Super-Mid, Heavy and Airliner. Aircraft range from 8-30 passengers.

  • LG Luxury Class (Large Group: CRJ, ERJ and Dornier aircraft)
    Designed for larger groups: Seats 30 passengers in a spacious, all-leather, regional-jet configuration
  • SG Super Luxury Class (Small Group: Falcon, Challenger, Gulfstream and Hawker aircraft)
    Designed for smaller groups: Seats 8-16 passengers in an ultra-luxury club chair/executive lounge configuration

IS AN ENTIRE AIRCRAFT AVAILABLE FOR CHARTER?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M LATE TO THE PRE-ARRANGED DEPARTURE TIME FOR THE FLIGHT?

Failure to check-in at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure may result in denial of boarding, and no refund will be granted. Participants will not receive refunds for missed flights or connections.

Unfortunately, if you are late, the plane will depart at its scheduled time. There are no exceptions to this rule.

WHAT IF I CAN’T USE MY TICKET?

Tickets are non-refundable but can be sold or transferred to another individual up until 48 hours prior to a scheduled event. This responsibility lies solely with the original purchaser. In order to sell or transfer your ticket, you must notify Big Game Air by sending an email to substitution@bgair.link. Please note, a $25 admin fee will be charged for the transaction.

WHAT TIME IS DEPARTURE FOLLOWING THE GAME?

Ground transportation will leave the designated pickup spot an hour after the game and head directly back to the airport.

IS GROUND TRANSPORTATION INCLUDED?

Yes, we provide round-trip ground travel at your destination. Guests will be dropped off at a designated location near the stadium and picked up at a designated location following the game.

HOW MANY PILOTS WILL BE ON EACH FLIGHT?

Each flight will be staffed with two certified pilots.

IS THERE A FLIGHT ATTENDANT?

In most cases, there will be a flight attendant on all flights.

You will need a legal form of identification (drivers license, state ID, passport or military ID)

WHY ARE TICKETS TO THE SAME EVENT PRICED DIFFERENTLY?

Big Game Air pricing is determined by duration of flight and the type of aircraft you are flying on. BGA subcontracts private luxury jets that can accommodate anywhere from 8 to 30 people.
